BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT FOR THE BRAVE, THE TENDER, THE READY

WHAT YOU CARRY INTO BIRTH MATTERS. SO DOES WHO CARRIES IT WITH YOU

You’ve been gathering knowledge, preparing your body, tuning into your instincts. But what about the steady presence that says: you don’t have to carry this alone?

Our birth support is for people who want to feel grounded, confident, and deeply seen during labor. And truly held in the wild, layered, breathtaking months that before and after it.

Because the truth is:

You remember how you were treated.
You carry those moments into your postpartum.
And the right care changes everything.

Imagine care that feels like freshly baked cookies and real talk at 3am- and someone who still shows up at sunrise.

A DIFFERNT KIND OF CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION IN THE NORTH SUBURBS OF ATLANTA

Knowledge alone isn't what makes a difference, the work we do together is. When you feel equipped, everything shifts. You’ll walk into birth with real tools, deep self-trust, and grounded clarity.

We ask the kinds of questions that help you name your fears, your instincts, your needs. We untangle the stories you’ve been told — and make space for the ones you want to write.

This is layered, collaborative, and deeply human. You don’t just learn more, you learn yourself more, and that changes everything: the birth, the days after, the story you’ll carry.
Tools that fit you — not just the birth you hope for, but the one that unfolds.

YOU'RE NOT A PACKAGE, YOUR BIRTH SUPPORT SHOULDN'T BE ONE EITHER

In our doula support, childbirth education, postpartum planning, and lactation prep aren’t add-ons here, they’re essentials. You’ll get them all, on your own time, and woven into every part of our support. All clients get access to our self paced courses and our guidance. After supporting +200 births, this is our vision for your care,

we'd be honored to support you

Before Birth

Grounded Preparation

We meet for four in-depth prenatal visits, including a full labor rehearsal and advocacy planning. You’ll walk into birth with tools, strategy, and real confidence. Plus ongoing text, phone, and email support all the way.
You’ll also get access to self-paced courses for childbirth education, lactation prep, and postpartum planning, because preparation should be included, not optional.

During Birth

Unshakable Presence

We stay with you from active labor through the first couple of hours after birth offering calm, hands-on care, and steady advocacy as part of your birth team, no matter the type of birth you have.

You’ll also have access to our Baby Elle TENS unit and unlimited support by phone or text once labor begins.

After Birth

Full Circle Care, with Love

You’ll get two in-home visits:
one to process your birth,
and one to ease into newborn care.

We’ll also be just a text, call, or email away, supporting you throughout your baby’s first year.

Serving families across the north Atlanta suburbs with in-home care that’s steady, personal, and rooted in trust.

What We Offer

DETAILS OF OUR SIGNATURE BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT

1. what happens during each prenatal visit?

We don’t do generic check-ins. Our prenatal visits are layered, intentional, and tailored to you and your partner. Here’s what they include: VISIT 1: INTAKE WITH RABSARIS We meet in your home and take our time. You share your hopes and fears, I offer insight into how to best reach your goals, and we start practicing relaxation exercises. I’ll also bring you resources—and probably cookies. VISIT 2: ZOOM BIRTH PREFERENCES SESSION After reviewing interventions and birth options on your own, we meet online to create a flexible plan. We’ll talk advocacy, decision-making, and how to stay grounded through the unexpected. VISIT 3: LABOR REHEARSAL We walk through labor step-by-step: what contractions may feel like, positions, comfort measures, tools, partner support, and how to adapt to whatever unfolds. VISIT 4: POSTPARTUM PLANNING WITH MAGEDDA Magedda visits your home with healing tips, freezer-friendly recipes, newborn care guidance, and insight from our postpartum prep guide. You’ll feel emotionally and practically ready.

2. what do we actually learn in childbirth ed?

We cover what actually matters, so you’re not left Googling when things get real. In our comprehensive, self-paced course, you’ll learn: • Labor stages and how to recognize them • What contractions feel like—and how to cope • Medical interventions (epidurals, inductions, etc.) • Your rights and how to advocate for yourself • What your partner actually needs to do • Comfort measures and pain relief options • Pelvis positions and optimal fetal positioning • What to pack for birth • What happens at the hospital (or home birth!) • Navigating emotions, expectations, and power dynamics • Tapping into instincts and feeling strong in your body You’ll also get full access to Evidence Based Birth® handouts—and direct support from us whenever questions come up during the course.

3. already had a baby (or two)?

We don’t repeat info just to fill time. If this isn’t your first rodeo, we focus on what you actually need. Some of our favorite clients are second- and third-time parents. You already know the basicsbut this time, your needs are different. Instead of reviewing the entire childbirth ed course, you’ll still have access to it (with updated evidence and partner prep), but we’ll focus our prenatal time where it matters most: • Birth planning that accounts for past experiences • Rehearsing labor and what’s different this time around • A prenatal visit where Magedda prepares a freezer meal with you • And a follow-up postpartum visit where Magedda comes to cook for you. Yes, really. You still get the full package—just tailored to where you are now. No downgrades. No assumptions. Just deep care that meets you where you are.

4. real prep for life after birth

This self-paced course is your guide through early recovery, mental health, family dynamics, and real-life logistics—because postpartum isn’t six weeks long, and it’s not just about the baby. In our self-paced course, we cover: • What’s normal—and what’s not—in your healing • Red flags: who to contact, when, and how • Feeding plans: breast, bottle, combo, or donor milk • Rest rhythms and realistic expectations • Mental health warning signs (and when to seek help) • Setting boundaries with love • Tapping into your community for support • Adding care items to your baby registry • Setting up your home for rest and ease • Naming roles, navigating sleep, and emotional check-ins Then we bring it to life: You'll meet with Magedda in a dedicated prenatal planning visit to personalize it all—your needs, your home, your postpartum vision. It’s one of the most valuable things we do.

5. lactation basics without the overwhelm

This self-paced class lays the groundwork for feeding your baby. Whether you're planning to breastfeed, pump, or use formula, you’ll walk in knowing what to expect and what’s normal in those early days. We’ll cover: • How lactation starts and what’s happening hormonally • Latch, positioning, and newborn feeding cues • What to expect in the hospital (and how to ask for help) • Pumping basics and paced bottle feeding • Formula 101—because informed is empowered • How to protect your milk supply while getting support • When to ask for help and how to know if something’s off • Common myths, pressure, and how to find your own way

Let’s make it official

If you’ve read this far, you already know this isn’t just about birth. It’s about being seen, supported, and deeply prepared for the transformation ahead.

We’d be honored to walk with you.

Claire holding her baby after birth, sharing her doula testimonial in Atlanta.

“Hiring Rabsaris was one of the best
decisions I’ve ever made.”

I wasn’t sure if a doula was necessary for my first pregnancy, but the moment I met Rabsaris, I knew I wanted her with us. She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely attuned to what I needed.

My birth didn’t go as planned, but she was my steady anchor through every twist and turn. Her presence transformed the experience. I can’t imagine doing it without her.

IS THIS YOU?

You’ve got a provider you trust. But you’re still wondering: Who’s going to walk through this with me?

Whether you’re in Roswell, Alpharetta, Gwinnett County, or the surrounding north Atlanta suburbs, we’ll be right there with you.

This is for you if:

✔︎ You want care that goes beyond the flat stories on Instagram.
✔︎ You’re thinking more about postpartum than birth (and that feels smart).
✔︎ You want your partner to feel confident, not helpless.
✔︎ You’ve read all the books but still feel... wobbly.
✔︎ You like the idea of a birth plan—but want help planning for what you can’t plan.
✔︎ You want someone who gets how layered this is—medically, emotionally, and personally.
✔︎ You want care that doesn’t ask you to be anyone other than yourself.

You’re not too much. You don’t have to know everything.
You just have to show up. We’ll walk with you from there.

PARTNERS, WE SEE YOU

You’re not a sidekick. You’re not just there for ice chips and hand-holding.
You’re a main character in this story and you deserve care too.

We take time to get to know you, not just the birthing person. We ask what you need to feel nurtured and clear.

We show you how to support without burning out. We’re here to help you stay connected, calm, and confident, especially in the moments when things get intense.

Whether you’re feeling nervous, excited, awkward, or all three… we’ve got you.

You don’t have to know what to do. You just have to show up. We’ll walk with you from there.

What if I want an epidural? Do I still need a doula? Absolutely. An epidural is the most well-known pain relief option (and a powerful one) but it’s not the only tool available. Understanding all your choices is key. Our childbirth education helps you feel confident about what’s normal in labor, and when to speak up. With an epidural, a doula is still incredibly helpful. We support positioning, protect your space, help you stay connected to your body, and advocate for your needs throughout the process. Epidurals can reduce pain, but they don’t always make birth easier. You still deserve steady, personalized care.

Do you support medically complex pregnancies? Yes. We support many families navigating medically complex pregnancies whether it’s gestational diabetes, hypertension, IVF, previous uterine surgery, VBAC, or a diagnosis affecting the baby. When your pregnancy includes extra monitoring, appointments, or uncertainty, you deserve extra time, context, and care. That’s exactly what we provide. We help you process what’s happening, make informed decisions, and prepare emotionally, not just medically. We take the time to teach you how birth unfolds normally so that when things diverge from that path, you know what’s happening and why. You’re not alone, and you’re not a list of risk factors. We’re in this with you, every step of the way. We regularly work with families across the north Atlanta suburbs, including Roswell, Alpharetta, and Gwinnett County.

What if I give birth before 37 weeks? We officially go “on call” at 37 weeks—but birth doesn’t always follow calendars. We do our absolute best to show up whenever you need us, no matter when labor begins. And just in case life throws a curveball, we have trusted backup doulas built into our process, so you’re never without compassionate, steady support.

What if I already trust my doctor or midwife? That’s a beautiful starting place. And even when you have a provider you love, they won’t be with you during every contraction or walk you through what birth actually feels like. We help fill that gap: teaching you how birth works, offering emotional presence, and making sure your voice stays centered in the room. Doulas don’t replace your doctor or midwife, we strengthen that relationship by helping you feel prepared, clear, and connected when it counts.

Are we the right doulas for you? Not every doula is right for every family, and that’s okay. Our style is warm, honest, emotionally present, and very hands-on. We build close, trusting relationships over time. We text. We laugh. We stay in touch. If you’re looking for support that’s personal and deeply invested in your story, this might be the beginning of something beautiful.
