Birth & Postpartum Doula Support in Alpharetta & North Atlanta Suburbs

Your birth eperience deserves more than a script. You don’t need someone to tell you how birth “should” go.

You need someone who sees you, listens deeply, and helps you feel steady. Whether it’s an unmedicated birth at home, an epidural in the hospital, or a C-section you didn’t plan for.

Our role isn’t to push an agenda. It’s to remind you that even in the most unpredictable moments, you are still the center of the story.

With us beside you, birth becomes more than medical steps and timelines, it becomes a moment you’ll carry with pride, power, and memory.

Forget trusting birth, we help you trust your body

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION THAT HELPS YOU TRUST YOURSELF

We don’t just say “trust birth.” We help you trust you.

That means preparing together so you understand your options, know your rights, and feel steady whether your story unfolds with an epidural, an induction, or an unmedicated birth.

Clients often tell us it felt like we could read their minds, that we were already there with the touch, the words, the calm they didn’t know they needed.

This is what we do: we help you show up informed, grounded, and confident, so your care isn’t something done to you, but an experience shaped with you.

Meet your mother-daughter doula team in North Atlanta

We’re a mother-daughter team, and our support doesn’t come with tidy bows. It looks like being right there in the middle of it all, whether that means guiding you through contractions, translating medical jargon, or slipping into the room with the kind of presence that makes you exhale.

Rabsaris walks with you through pregnancy and birth. Her care blends thoughtful childbirth education, hands-on preparation, and steady advocacy that helps you feel grounded- whether you’re hoping for a low-intervention birth, planning a VBAC, navigating IVF, slapped with a “high-risk” label, or facing a NICU stay.

Magedda carries you in postpartum with nourishing meals, gentle newborn care, and a warmth so steady that even people who don’t think of themselves as “hug” people lean in. Her support makes space for you to rest, heal, and feel cared for in a way that surprises you with its depth.

Together, our work isn’t about avoiding the messy parts. It’s about making sure you’re not alone in them and helping you find the strength, humor, and relief that remind you: you can actually do this.

In Their Words

“We wanted a doula to help us navigate a conventional hospital birth—someone to bring warmth and a human touch to that space. When I voiced my worries, Rabsaris said she understood my needs and was simply there to support us, not push an agenda.

When I was hospitalized with pre-eclampsia at 32 weeks and needed an emergency c-section, she braided my hair, rubbed my temples, and stayed with her smile and calm through it all. She was such an important, special part of that whole experience for our family.”

F.A.Q

What exactly does a doula do? We offer emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. Think of us as a steady hand, a deep breath, and a soft landing. Someone who knows the system and knows you.

Is doula support only for unmedicated or home births? Nope. We support all kinds of births: epidural, C-section, hospital, birth center, VBAC, you name it. It’s not about a specific plan. It’s about feeling seen, heard, and supported no matter what.

What if my partner wants to be the main support person? Amazing! we love working with partners. We help them show up with confidence so you both feel grounded and connected during birth.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet? You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll meet you where you are and walk with you step by step. Your story is still unfolding, and that’s okay.

I live in Atlanta, are you local? Do you offer virtual care too? Yes and yes. We’re Atlanta-based and happy to serve metro families in person, and we offer rich, connected virtual care for families anywhere.
