Doula Vida Atlanta
I'm Rabsaris- birth doula, childbirth educator & mama
I support families across the Atlanta metro with calm, hands-on care that meets you exactly where you are.
When I’m not at a birth, you can usually find me chasing my little boy through a park, or hunting for the perfect buttery croissant to share after.

What you carry into birth matters.
So does who carries it with you.
You’ve been preparing your body, tuning into your instincts. But what about the steady presence that reminds you: you don’t have to carry this alone?
My birth support is for families who want to feel grounded, confident, and deeply seen, not just during labor, but in the wild, layered, breathtaking months that surround it.

Imagine care that feels like freshly baked cookies and real talk at 3 a.m. — and someone who still shows up at sunrise.

Childbirth Education, integrated into your birth doula care
COMPREHENSIVE CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION — INCLUDED, NOT OPTIONAL
You don’t need another class to squeeze into your schedule.
My childbirth education is woven right into your care.
You’ll walk into birth with real tools, grounded clarity, and deep self-trust.
In our time together, I ask you questions that help you name your fears, instincts, and needs. We untangle the stories you’ve been told and make space for the one you want to write.
The goal isn't to trust the birth process, it's to trust your body
Partners, I see you
You’re not a sidekick. You’re not just there for ice chips and hand-holding.
You’re a main character in this story and you deserve care too.
I take time to get to know you, not just the birthing person.
I ask what you need to feel nurtured and clear, and help you stay connected, calm, and confident when things get intense.
Whether you’re feeling nervous, excited, awkward, or all three… I’ve got you.

You don’t have to know what to do.
You just have to show up.
I’ll walk with you from there.

DETAILS OF MY SIGNATURE BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
1. what happens during each prenatal visit?
Prenatal visits are layered, intentional, and tailored to you and your partner. Each one builds clarity, confidence, and connection so by the time birth begins, we already feel like the ultimate team. VISIT 1: INTAKE & CONNECTION We meet unrushed, in the comfort of your own home. I’ll bring resources and cookies. You’ll share your hopes, fears, and vision for birth; I’ll listen deeply, offer insight, and share relaxation exercises and grounding practices to help you prepare and set realistic expectations. VISIT 2: BIRTH PREFERENCES & ADVOCACY (VIA ZOOM) After you’ve had time to explore birth options and interventions through the childbirth education course, we meet online to create a flexible birth preferences document. We’ll talk advocacy, decision-making, and how to stay calm and centered when things take unexpected turns. VISIT 3: LABOR REHEARSAL This visit is as hands-on as it gets. We practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, and the movements that support labor progress (and learn which ones don’t). Your partner and I work together to build instinctive rhythm, using touch, tools, and timing that make you both feel prepared and connected. Most families say this is the moment they start to feel truly ready. VISIT 4: THE FINAL TOUCHPOINT This visit brings everything together. We’ll review any last questions from your childbirth education course, talk through final logistics, and create space for emotional readiness. It’s flexible, personal, and often the last deep breath before you enter your “due zone”, a final hug before stepping into what’s next. 🌼 Every visit lasts 60–90 minutes. Between them, we stay in touch by text, email, and phone because by the time your birth arrives, I’m not just another person in the room. I’m your person.
2. what will you actually learn in childbirth ed?
I cover what matters most so you’re not left Googling when things get real. My self-paced course combines practical knowledge, advocacy skills, and emotional grounding. YOU'LL LEARN: • What’s really happening during labor and birth: anatomy, physiology, and how your body and baby work together. • Advocacy: what your rights are, how to use your voice. • Comfort measures, breathing, and the art of working with pain instead of against it. • Labor stages, timing contractions, and knowing when it’s time to head to your hospital. • What to expect from interventions like inductions, epidurals, or cesareans — and how to make informed, confident decisions that suit you and not some template. •. Partner prep and how they can be your best ally and co-anchor through birth. •. Positions and movement for progress, and simple ways to help your baby find their way down. •. What to pack, what’s actually useful, and how to set your environment for calm. •. Tapping into instincts and learning to trust your body’s cues. You’ll also get full access to Evidence Based Birth® handouts, curated birth videos, and trusted resources + direct support from me whenever questions come up.

“Hiring Rabsaris was one of the best
decisions I’ve ever made.”
I wasn’t sure if a doula was necessary for my first pregnancy, but the moment I met Rabsaris, I knew I wanted her with us. She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely attuned to what I needed.
My birth didn’t go as planned, but she was my steady anchor through every twist and turn. Her presence transformed the experience. I can’t imagine doing it without her.

Is this you?
You’ve got a provider you trust. But you’re still wondering: Who’s going to walk through this with me?
This is for you if:
→ You want your partner to feel confident, not just along for the ride.
→ You hate the idea of having to meditate one hour every day in order to have a "good" birth
→ You like the idea of a birth plan—but want help planning for what you can’t plan.
→ You want someone who gets how layered this is—medically, emotionally, and personally.
→ You want care that doesn’t ask you to be anyone other than yourself.

You’re not too much. You don’t have to know everything.

Am I the right doula for you?
Not every doula is right for every family, and that’s okay.
My style is warm, honest, emotionally present, and very hands-on. We build close, trusting relationships over time. We text. We laugh. We stay in touch. If you’re looking for support that’s personal and deeply invested in your story, this might be the beginning of something beautiful.
