My job is to be curious about how you make decisions. To distill the chaos of birth into unbiased, easy information so the choices you make actually feel like you. This isn't a one size fits all checkbox — it takes time and intention.
What you get from me is a fierce advocate for the person you already are. Navigating this stuff isn't easy — but it can also crack you open in the best way. My goal is to help you fall in love with your body and what it's capable of. Not the Instagrammable version of birth, but the real, three-dimensional you.

Up to four (4) in-person prenatal visits
Our prenatal sessions cover childbirth education from the person who will be in the room with you holding your hand. Body Ready Method® preparation to get your body ready for the work ahead. Hands-on labor rehearsal for you and your partner. Every visit is built around what you actually need — because no two families walk into birth the same way.
Unlimited virtual prenatal support.
Weekly text check-ins, plus 45-minute video sessions as needed. I'm your sounding board, research partner, and damage control — for prenatal test debriefs, unexpected diagnoses, shifting preferences, or the stuff that comes up at 11pm that you're not sure is worth a call.
Continuous labor support.
On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks. I bring my Baby Elle TENS unit & I'm with you from the moment you need me until you feel comfortable after the birth.
One postpartum visit.
We process your birth together. I connect you to my trusted, vetted referral network. You don't just get dropped.
You'll have access to me up to a year postpartum.
